After-hours AI voice support.
Drivers can ask about loads, ETA and log time from connected fleet data. Urgent roadside requests can be relayed to dispatch or the owner. Review driver phone support and confirm the package for your fleet, including covered hours, data connections, included usage and any extra charges, before paying.

How do I confirm the right fit?
Start with the product guide and published workflow information. Compare your dispatch, fleet-record, maintenance, document, invoicing and reporting needs with the current scope. Send any unresolved question in writing before choosing a plan. Planned team allowances are not currently included access.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew yearly and charge the full year upfront. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@athenaiqtech.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
How do payment and renewal work?

Can I import my data?
Check the supported record types, file format, size limits and setup scope before importing operational data. If you need clarification, send a written setup question without attaching sensitive records.
Which integrations are available?
ELD integrations are available. Provider compatibility, account permissions and data coverage vary. QuickBooks Online and other listed accounting connections remain planned. See current connection status.
How does annual billing and the refund policy work?
Annual charges are $2,870 for Starter, $6,710 for Growth and $12,470 for Professional before taxes. Monthly equivalents are rounded for comparison; annual billing is one upfront charge. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund an annual prepayment. Access continues through your paid billing period. Refund rights and other terms are set out in your subscription agreement.
