Your company retains its rights in the records it supplies. Available workspace exports let you keep copies of supported records.
Cloudflare hosting and storage
Trucking OS runs on Cloudflare Workers. Fleet records are stored in Cloudflare D1, and uploaded documents use private Cloudflare R2 storage. The current database and file bucket are located in Western North America; this is not a guarantee of United States-only residency.
Sign-in and subscription payments
Clerk handles account authentication. Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing.
Encryption in transit
The website, app, sign-in and subscription checkout use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and these services.
Backups and recovery
Our Workers Paid plan supports Cloudflare D1 Time Travel database recovery for up to 30 days, subject to the available retained history. D1 Time Travel does not restore uploaded files.
We schedule daily database exports and document backups at 09:00 UTC. Backups are stored in a separate private bucket on Cloudflare, with 30-day retention. The first production database backup completed on September 28, 2026. We tested a database restore and document restores in an isolated staging environment, checking the restored content and file checksums.
These copies remain with Cloudflare; they are not off-provider backups or a guarantee of geographic separation. Weekly copies to another provider are on our roadmap.
